To make up for emergency closures—including a wind closure, a snow day and the cyber incident—the last day of school for the 2024-25 school year will be June 25 for K-12 students and June 24 for preschool students, unless additional closures occur.
Emergency Make-up Days
The 2024-25 school calendar designates May 27, June 20, June 23-27 and June 30 as Emergency Make-up Days. We will use May 27, June 20 and June 23-25 as instructional days. If more closures occur, additional days within this window may be used.
There will be no school on Thursday, June 19 in recognition and honor of Juneteenth.
Waived Make-up Days
We received state approval to waive make-up days for student days for the one-off school closures at Madrona (power outage in November) and Sylvester (power outage in December).
We plan to request a waiver for student days for Pacific and Marvista (closure on Tuesday, February 25) and anticipate approval. These waivers allow us to keep the same last day for all schools.

End of Year Report Cards
Report cards will be posted on ParentVUE three days after the last day of school.
